Working Remotely at UP
UP Faculty and Staff can work remotely using personal devices. This article is a guide to the resources available to UP Faculty and Staff when working remotely, such as Virtual Machines, Virtual Private Network connections, Microsoft 365, and more.
Resources

If you want to work on your computer rather than on a Virtual Machine, but still need to use campus-only applications, you can use our Cisco Secure VPN to access the campus network. You can access Cisco Secure VPN by following the instructions in this article.
Microsoft 365
You can use Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint on your personal device by logging in with your UP account. For more information about installing and using Microsoft 365, see this article.

You can also forward Cisco office phones to personal phones by following the steps in this article before leaving campus, or by following the steps in this article from off campus.
MyApps
Employees can access UP applications such as Outlook, Self-Serve Banner, Microsoft 365 and more at myapps.up.edu.
Teams
